Wild-caught salmon only
Every salmon product we sell starts with wild-caught Canadian salmon, never farmed. Wild fish are firmer and more flavourful, which is exactly what you want in smoked salmon.
Smoked the traditional way
Our lox is lightly cured and cold-smoked so it stays silky. Our nuggets and salmon candy are smoked in small batches over hardwood. No artificial colours: the deep red of sockeye is natural.
Packed for freshness
Frozen favourites come in half-pound packs, so you can thaw only what you need. Our shelf-stable pouches keep in the pantry until opened.
Delivered locally
We deliver across the Lower Mainland, within 2 business days, with free delivery on orders over $150.
